GAS SUPPLY TROUGH STANDARD ABOVE GROUND BULK TANK of 2.5KL, 5KL, 7.5KL, 10KL, 14.5Kl, 30Kl, 62Kl

We are a license gas supplier in Malaysia which provide a bulk gas supply and filling at customer premises. There is various size of LPG tank to suit with client gas demand, space available and suit the refilling schedule. We can supply or provide a tank loan to our customer under package of gas supply. The aboveground bulk tank is come in various dimension base on it capacity and manufacturer design. The standard design is 2.5Kl, 5Kl, 7.5Kl, 10Kl, 14.5Kl, 30Kl, 62Kl. We are registered gas supplier under KPDNHEP (PDA 4) and provide a gas delivery through our local authorized distributors. All our gas is origin from processing plant and it is not an illegal decanting supply.

The tank in one group shall limit to 6 units, while it also need to comply on the safety distance to building. There must be adequate space available to have such storage capacity. There is requirement to comply during design, construction and operation of LPG bulk tank as stated in MS830. By using this type of storage tank and site filling, it will minimize the losses due to residue transfer as compare to vapor gas cylinders and increase the evaporation due it larger surface. The larger capacity of LPG storage also will contribute to a longer refilling schedule.

For bigger gas consumption with limited tank evaporation rate, the vaporizer shall be used to cater the demand. The evaporation rate is depending on vaporizer capacity and it should design accordingly with a proper pipe sizing and appropriate regulator flowrate.

The tank storage facilities are design for periodically refill by LPG tanker with highest safety practice. The refilling at customer’s storage will be charged base on volume of filling which related to the client usage. The volume is measured trough a calibrated meter on the tanker and shall be witness by client representative during refilling process. Through a meter reading in a liter, it can straight away convert it to ‘kg’ base on LPG density 0.555kg/l. The client only paid the LPG filling base on the top up amount only.

The usage of bulk tank at customer premises is versatile in LPG filling concept while meet the safety requirement. The tank itself are design to meet the site refilling criteria, equipped with excess flow valve, back check valve, pressure gauge, contain gauge, ullage gauge, temperature gauge and tank safety relief valve.

By applying a safe good practice, complying to the code of FMA, MS 830 and authority jurisdiction make the storage facilities are safe for user, while enjoy a continuous gas supply at affordable price. The installation shall get an approval from local authority; Energy Commissioner or DOSH, subject to the type installation (commercial / industrial installation). The storage and use of LPG product in the premises shall also to get approval from KPDNHEP
