We are license gas contractor and LPG bulk supplier in Malaysia. We provide 50kg LPG (C50) from filling plant and supply to commercial and industrial market. The cylinder is fulfilling with LPG and deliver to the customer at affordable price. We are registered bulk gas supplier with KPDNHEP under PDA 4 and provide the gas delivery through our authorized local distributors. All our product is genuine from processing plant and it is not an illegal decanting supply.

There are two type of C50 cylinder which are vapor or liquid type. The storage of LPG in cylinder is in liquid form and the vaporization rate of vapor cylinder is about 100,000btu/hr. The LPG cylinder can be manifold into a group due to cater the gas demand. For liquid type of cylinder, the vaporizer must be used to vaporize the liquid into a vapor form. The vaporization rate is depending on the total combination cylinders and the vaporization rate. The maximum cylinder can be store per storage is limit to 2500 liter of total water capacity, and the individual capacity of 50kg cylinder is 108 liters.

The advantage of cylinders is due it versatility, easy to use and easy to get from local supplier. Even though it limits with 23nos per storage (under 7.5m of safety distance to building) or even attach to the building, it can put up to 4 group of storage allowed per building.

For this kind of storage, there will be a manifold to create a gas bank group with one bank is operate & another one as standby, pressure gauges, auto change over, first stage regulator, ball valves and the outlet pipes. The usage of vapor type cylinder can expect some wastage between 5% to 10% due to it evaporation limited especially at minimum level. This will not happen for liquid type cylinder installed with a vaporizer, however there will be electricity cost to run the vaporizer.

There are regulation and safety requirement to comply for design, sizing and locating the LPG storage. The current Malaysian standard of MS830 shall be used as a guide for designing the LPG storage facilities. It shall get an approval from local authority; Energy Commissioner or DOSH, subject to the type installation (commercial or industrial premises). The storage and usage of LPG other than domestic shall also to get approval from KPDNHEP
